The museum is opened throughout the week from 9:00am to 5:00pm Fridays is opened from 9:00am to 11:30am and from 1:30pm to 5:00pm

The Museum is within the Congestion Charging Zone and there is very little parking in the area. The nearest car park to the Museum is located at the front side of the Museum in Port Said St.
The Port Said Street main entrance has 12 steps at each side. The side entrance offers the possibility for wheelchair access.
